I Need a Nice Banner

I feel kinda empty without a banner. So if anyone wants to help me with that issue please do.

I would like a banner that is about this big *below*

I would like it to have my username and FC which is 1934-3207-0094 but make sure you DON'T put "Brawl FC: 1934-3207-0094."
Just put it on its own please. I would like it to show a picture of a goggle Pikachu with a yellow smokiness around Pikachu, but I want it to look like he's in the sky, so I still wan some white.
