I lose connection everytime I try to play

I've searched around and could not find a solution to this particular problem.

the problem is everytime I try to play a game I lose connection before i can play. The window will launch but it will be blank for a second and then say "Lost Connection". I have tried reinstalling, and that doesn't work. I've tried using the default plugins, that doens't work.
It happens with every ROM in every server. I mean the game won't even start. its not like Im losing connection in the middle of the game. I can't play the game at all, and it does it every single time, without vary. This just started happening out of nowhere so I don't know what the problem is. I definitely didn't change any setting or anything from before. I don't know if my school network changed or something, but what could be the cause of this?

Check all your plugins, I think I had a problem similar to this...maybe. If not...wait 'til someone with more knowledge of this comes here.

ok, so i figured out that Kaillera does in fact work with my Kawaks emulator

so now i'm even more confused. I've reinstalled p64k several times, to no avail
