And while Shiek, ZSS, and PT work just fine, selecting Giga just leads to normal Bowser, Warioman is Wario, and the Alloys come up in the matches as C.F., Zelda, etc.

Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Have you tried working the shaft actually selecting the icons to see if they work in battle?
Because the icons WILL look exactly like Bowser, Mario, etc.

Other than that, I can't see what's wrong with your code.

Try mine; if it works, that means your code somehow messed up. If it doesn't, it means you're missing a code or two.

Your code does not work either. I have refound the codes I used above a few times over the past month, updated them, and it still does not work. The independent Pokemon work well (both the normal ones and the ones without the trainer), but Giga, the Alloys, and Warioman refuse to work. What codes would I be missing?
