I keep getting sent back the the Wii Menu

I can do everything but start the game,I updated to 3.02 but that didnt work, If it helps I've already reinstalled and I'm using a WiiU, and I put in my SD card when I launch the Wii Menu because I know the wiiu will delete important files if done otherwise.

I had this problem. Make sure that the "gameconfig" file is on the root of the SD card.
