I keep getting communication errors mid match

I don't get it. Every fight I have is literally lagless, but I'll get a random communication error anyway. When I go to my 3DS's home screen, the Internet bars will constantly flick between blue & completely full and grey & totally empty, so I guess the problem lies there. But it has nothing to do with my Internet because it's practically flawless.

Dunno what to do, because it's happening i so often that I'm up to a minute ban on FG, which is ridiculous.

Maybe the device in your 3DS which is picking up internet (In other words, its internet driver) might be damaged.
You should take it somewhere and see if something's wrong.
