Ive had one of the previous project Ms that i ended up downloading a bunch of awesome custom stages and custom character textures.
So now i decided to download the new 3.6
I just dragged the new files and folders to my sd card under my older project m and said yes to every replacement.
..so I wanted to keep all the stages and characters i had on the previous one, so i pulled the stages folder, sound folder and the fighter folder out and placed em on my desktop.
so then, i now pulled out the new stages folder and the new fighters folder, and put in my older sound folder, older stages folder and older fighters folder back into the new project m 3.6.
now that i open the brawlstagemanager, i notice the stage select pics and texts all went back to normal stages project m comes with, cause i had all downloaded custom stages from brawl vault and took my time to put the right images and stage name texts in on my older project m. So i do NOT wanna do all that right now, i just wanna play the game. one thing i did take time to do is change the stage images to match, which didnt take too horribly long.
SO next now i decided to pop in the game and try this 3.6 out. and so far it runs, the menu looks great, all the stage select images look like they match, and then i select my stage and BAAAAM. it just stays where its at where it says READY FOR BATTLE with red letters. freezes with NO loud beeping. just frozen and silent.
What did i do? what can i do to fix this? I really want this 3.6 but with the stages i have previously downloaded, music i have previously downloaded, and char textures i have previously downloaded on my last PM. Can someone please help me out here!!?? THank you
