I haven't been able to add friends ever since I installed P:M

Ever since I installed project M a few week ago i have not been able to add friends in both Regular Brawl and in Project M

Even though I can play vs. anyone matches. The code is always invalid for whoever is adding my code.Did I do something wrong during installation. What processes would I have to go through to remove P:M and reinstall it?
