I'm not trying to be rude... Just wondering.

From around 2007-2015 this forum was very active for ssb64 posting and topics. Ever since then the community has moved to discord and facebook so yea this forum is pretty much dead now.

Oh, okay... I joined the discord, but I'm not a huge fan of discord. It's a pity, because this is a far more relaxed platform.

"Other things," that sounds ominous! What were they? (Feel free to call me a nosy b*****d no offence will be taken.)

A lot of the 64 players were trolls on smashboards. Some of the most active ones in particular were and they got banned for various flaming (some valid, some just for being a jerk.) As the most active players were banned, the forums died as people instead of learning decided to continue to flame the mods. The end. Just look up Mic_128 or Shears on here to find their posts. Also the forum had some issues of the big events not being recognized which was rectified by me and others making articles which I do not do anymore anyway.
