I have never played against a Wario

What should I expect from a player who mains a Wario?

Depends on who you're playing, but generally you can expect a lot of nairs, grabs, bites, bairs, and dairs. Also a good wario is going to be using his aerial mobility to fake you out, so be careful of that. Footstool too, wario probably gets the most out of it so that's a thing as well.
