And Sakurai likes retro.
NES controllers.
Seriously.
Just pick it up, the more you hold it, the more tangled it gets.
Then unleash it on your opponent!
The more tangled the wires are, the more difficult it is for them to move...
But, watch out! If you keep it for too long, you will get stuck in the wires... And unable to move at all.
This can also happen to the enemy. If the wires are tangled 100%, they will be stuck, like a freezie, but slowly regaining movement.
Also, by being hit, the wires can hurt you up to 12%.
The same can be done with any other video game controllers! Imagine, NES controller, SNES controller, Famicom, Gamecube! And all the different colors! This would be a strange, useful, and annoying item.
