Has anyone found an editor for SSB64 that will allow me to edit the textures of a character (example: taking one of foxes outfits and making it look like wolf, or making one of links outfits look like dark link)

Serch google for rice video plugin. Its a pretty long tutorial to explain how to do the texture thing so im gonna say this. The plugin for texture editing is HARD to get perfect. Sometimes if u edit one thing wrong the whole game goes crazy. Also u cant edit everything so u would probley end up with only links bottom tunnic dark.

I got the Plug-in from Zophar.net but it Didn't come with a tutorial, Can you give me a link to one?

Its not supposed to come with a tutorial. Usally people know how to use it. I cant really explain it but plenty for people from smashboards know how to use it. Sorry i couldnt provide it for u.
