Im not an offical project m player im just asking a few questions since im considering this

1 does project m replaces brawl forever

2 the stage builder gets taken out when the project m chip is in can i get stage builder back

3 are there items i've ben looking at videos and no items i mean i would love to see if final smashes were added to project m

4 how popular is project m

And 5 do you still have to unlock characters if not im adding this to ideas for project m updates when all characters get successfully added

1. You can switch back to vBrawl (vanilla aka regular Brawl) whenever you want. Just remove the SD card from your Wii and boot Brawl up normally.

2. You can't make custom stages in P:M because it uses an exploited custom stage file to launch Gecko OS, which launches Project M. A code disables custom stages from being used on the stage select screen because if not, the game would freeze because it's trying to read that hacked stage file. But why use Brawl's boring stage builder when you can download stages, as well as tons of other custom content, off the internet in sites like Brawl Vault.

3. Items are in the game yes. I don't know why you would think they'd be removed. Though you should know that some items (Timer, Super Spicy Curry, Lightning, and some Assist Trophies like Shadow) are heavily bugged and will cause weird effects, but won't freeze the game. Other than that, items are perfectly useable.

4. Pretty darn.

5. Nope, all characters are unlocked for you once you boot up Project M, as well as all music too IIRC.

Just to explain questions 2 and 3

2 i mean't can i still use stage builder when the Sd chip with other m is removed even though stage builder is a little bit dull aka can i go to stage builder mode just fine if project m SD chip is not int he slot

3 i asked that because the wiki of project m had no item section and no project m gameplay videos with items/poke balls/assist trophies/smash ball

Yeah, as long as the SD card is removed you can make and play on custom stages that are saved in your Wii's internal memory while playing vBrawl. However, before loading Project M, there cannot be ANY custom stages in your Wii and SD card at all, or else you will freeze.

A good solution here is to have two 2GB SD cards, one to store your custom stages and one for Project M.
