I got a Pokemon from "Mystery Zone" by Wonder Trading, what is it?

(Sorry if this doesn't warrant it's own thread)

So, I was Wonder Trading today, and I eventually got a lv. 100 Shiny Infernape with Pokerus and several ribbons. It's location says that it's from "Mystery Zone". What does it mean? I fear that it's some sort of glitch Pokemon that might break my game or corrupt my save. Does anyone know what is it, and should I get rid of it?

EDIT: It's in a Cherish Ball, so it's definitely hacked, but the Mystery Zone thing really worries me, as bad eggs (which can be harmful) are apparently from Mystery Zone as well...

Yeah, thanks for the answer. I guess I'll just have to hope that it won't cause any problems (like save data corruption).
