I found some custom character models on this site, what do I need to use them?

I downloaded some PSA's (I think that's what they're called) from the customized content section of the boards. what all do I need to get in order to make them work?

Well lol? I assume you already have a hacked wii or smashstack. You need gecko to load codes, mainly the File Patch Code. You could also get a homebrew app Riivolution to accomplish this.
