Ok so I ate like 4 soft tacos, some watermelon, a bowl of frootloops, and drank a lot of gatorade like an hour and a half ago and I just got back from cross country practice which was an hour long and I feel like im going to throw up. I need advice quick on how to stop this. Btw, my back pain is gone and I got new shoes so my shinplints should be gone soon too. Just so you know.
