...but if it's not, then simply lock the thread.

So near, considering you're avoiding me and other people regarding my ban, I would like an actual answer if you will grow up and actually unban me. If not that's fine, but it would just show your character that it is YOU who holds grudges and is YOU who makes completely irrational decisions. By not changing your decision on the ban really shows how unreasonable you are.

However, if you do get rid of that childish ban, then it would express that you are willing to admit your mistakes, although it doesn't have to be verbally (actions speak louder than words), and actually learn for a better tomorrow. Either way, I'd just like to know so other decisions can be made...

My goal for Smash 64, along with other games I will be involved with in the near future (lol "near" future, no pun intended), were to bring it into the competitive light with actual prizes that were only going to get better as time went on. However, without the proper support from the places it would seem obvious, I will let it go.

I'm sure no one cares what's being said as this post is only directed to near, but the reason I'm posting it here is because near ignores/bans me everywhere else and so there is proof. All flames welcome! eye r rubber n u r gloo, nething u say 2 me bouncez off meh and stickz 2 u!

I don't think your giving him a lot of options here, he unbans you, you win, if he doesn't, you win. I'm fairly new, so it's none of my business, but on my great experience as a mod on another forum, I think it would be best to do as AA suggested and PM the guy and sort it out between your selves, not try to publically humiliate the guy.

If it becomes a flame war I'd get whoever is a respected mod on here, to hear both sides of the story adn try to end the argument, though if Near decides to unban you or not is his business, and I guess you'd just have to live with it.

Please go to Forum Disputes if you want to dispute a ban. Making a thread does no good whatsoever.
