Having seen this theory of what the kremlings and K. Rool represent in Donkey Kong Country, I could see why Nintendo has now discarded K. Rool. I love K. Rool, don't get me wrong. In fact he's my avatar! But if Nintendo had created this character and his minions inspired by America when it was strongly driven by imperialism, I'm sure they wouldn't be so proud of the character's origin in today's time.
This is of course assuming that the theory is true, but by the facts he states supporting the theory, is seems highly likely. Now I hope this doesn't become political argument but just a thought I had that could explain his non-existence from Nintendo now-a-days. It doesn't seem like they'd just never use him for no reason.
Here's the theory if any of you are interested. (Very unique idea)
