I can't stand Marth's standard B!

Sure it still breaks the shield but I hate it for 2 reasons:

1. It doesn't cover as much range as the original shield breaker
2. He sounds gay when he screams

Nevertheless, he's still my favorite character. btw everything else improved (counter, speed, side B combos)

Sorry if I'm such a picky *******...

I find using the move fully charged up as a recovery to be hilarious. Marth soaring through the air, screaming his way into near certain edgeguard to death.
Probably the most fun I have with a move is that one.

Jesus Christ! Is everyone here a condescending pr*ck!?
Cool it, dude. You're overreacting about some changes they made to a move, and they're calling you on it. This didn't need it's own topic, and you don't need to have an aneurysm over a sound effect and range nerf (which Marth has received overall, by the way).

Next time please just go to one of the existing threads... Like the discussion thread - Where you can discuss why you don't like it.

I personally find it quite good. It breaks shields fairly fast, and it comes out quicker than the old sheildbreaker.

style wise last time it just looked like a flashy smash attack sweep.

im glad they changed it around, put in a bit more diversity and technique to marths originally bland (appearing) move set

Sorry if I sounded a little anal. I really wasn't angry or anything. It's because I posted a thread that received a lot of sarcastic replies. I guess I'm no good at posting threads but in time I'll get better. Well, whatever next time I post, hopefully it can be a stand-alone thread rather than just a simple comment.

IMO, it is less practical... and yes the area it covers is now an issue for us marth users... but hell it looks cool.

I hate it but at the same time i love it so much. And yes at least now it has a good trademark animation.

Looks cooler, finally a real stab attack for Marth. Less useful for edgeguards IMO, better at breaking shields I hear.

As if "Eildyah" or whatever his old standard-B noise was didn't sound bad >_>

it breaks shields AMAzingly well, it can break a full shield with just the charge from a short hop, also they stay stunned enough (with them mashing buttons) long enough to charge 2 fully charged Fsmashes, plenty of time to line up your tipper. It also has a neat effect when used in the air, it adjusts your trajectory greatly, making you move into the ground at an almost 45o < from up high.
