I can't connect to friend with dolphin.

My problem is that I can't connect to my friend on Dolphin 4.0-652 or 4.0-648, I can though connect thtough him on 4.0.2 but surely as many of you know, 4.0.2 often end up with dsync. We have the exact same settings and we both have forwarded the ports 2626 and 4881. We really wanna play some Pm WIthout constant dsync.
