My first tournament this weekend is on the 23rd and i am a little nervous, also i have several mains if you guys could give me any tips it would be VERY appreciated (i am not new to competitive SM4SH though)

Uh I pick Captain Falcon, but just use the character that you have a good going with.

Captain Falcon is master race. But yeah, just pick your favorite character or the one you feel you're best with. And mario123007, I'm surprised (but not upset) that you'd use Falcon when all of your mains are Mario.

I don't use Captain Falcon, I just think that he is better to use in tournaments.

Go with the character that you feel most comfortable playing with, you're likely to play better. I hope you have a good time at the tournament.

1.Don't be nervous
2.make friends(share NNID)
3.If you make it to the first round great you will make some time to talk to people around who going to use the next round.

You know, you can counterpick characters after a match. Just use whoever you feel comfortable with on the first match of a set.
