When does Nintendo finally stand up and release a patch again the 10 Man Melee so that I´m able to download Stages again. This stupid glitch in 10 Man Melee is really annoying. They said they working on a Patch but nothing but cheesecake. I´m waiting day by day but nothing. Come On Nintendo release a patch so I can finally go online again.-_-"

You might have to wait until Mewtwo is finally available to purchase for everyone. Right now, only the Club Nintendo users who have qualified to receive Mewtwo codes are allowed to download it.

It's one of those bugs that were just overlooked. You can always delete the DLC data before doing Multi-Man Smash, but you might not be able to get back Mewtwo until it's available to purchase; the download codes can only be used once. Of course, you won't have to pay for Mewtwo, since you've originally downloaded it through a download code, which is free of charge.
