With the release of Smash 4 Wii U we have an exciting announcement as well. Let us introduce Hypest: the new official /r/smashbros tournament team!

Hypest is a combination of the Smash Bash team and the original /r/smashbros tournament team. We're excited to now be one big happy family. Keep up with us using social media for more details and exciting content about events. (The pages aren't pretty yet, but we're working on them!)

Wii U Release Singles @ 11/23 Sunday 3pm EST AND 3pm CST | Ruleset To Be Determined
For both Wii U singles please PM us @ /u/HypestTeam Challonge Name and Nintendo ID in your post below and state which tournament(s) you plan to join. Please check the FC List below to make sure that we have your information listed. Also by entering these events you agree to follow the /r/smashbros Tournament Code Of Conduct.
We plan to have the ruleset up as soon as possible, but without the game yet in our hands that's difficult. thank you for understanding.
There will be a mandatory check-in time 1 hour before all events begin. If you do not appear for check-in or notify a TO ahead of time, you will be dropped.
We require EVERYONE to be in the appropriate IRC chats linked. Also, please check the Hypest FC Contacts to make sure your information has been inputed.
