OK, so I subscribe to "the best defense is a good offense". If my opponent cannot attack, he can't hit me. I'm trying to figure out a foolproof hyper-offense/pressure strategy. Any ideas?

Such a strategy is called an infinite. They get patched out or banned by the community.

Infinites are (sadly) typically only banned past 300%, since then it's obvious stalling and not actually trying to kill your opponent.

Anyways, the trick is to play one of the nigh-unpunishable characters. Like Sheik.

If you're more dedicated to the Zard, though, down throw and spaced aerials work well.

Charizard doesn't have the frame data to go full aggro style, you can juggle if you get in but you need to use a lot of spacing and defensive play to create your opening with zard. Up throw can be used to start juggles between d-throw combo% and kill% with nair and u-tilt can make landing harder but once they land you must respect their defensive options.

If you do want to play a hyper-offensive style I think you should find a different character as a secondary as that's just not something Charizard can do well.

The only way for Zard to go full aggro is for you to put your character token on Sheik, press start, pick Smashville, and make Charizard sounds as you fair.

Nair is a good move for Charizard. It has a hitbox all around him and can be a good mixup if you use Fair a lot. Also I think this should go in the Charizard forum if you're wondering how to do it with him.

But that method requires you to take several showers afterwards to cleanse yourself of the filthiness and pray to Daddy Sakurai for forgiveness.

I'm talking about hyper offense in general; I tend to get pretty aggressive no matter what character I'm using.

It depends on the character's move set. Generally, you only want to be super aggressive if you have moves that are safe on shield, otherwise you'll really be risking too much. A good way to get grabs is to dash up and tomahawk.

In general Charizard has to play super patient in neutral due to his lack of approach options. You mostly have to condition your opponent to shield through the use of spaced Flamethrower/Nair, then get the grab by tomahawking, after which you're good to go. If your opponent tries to wall you out with hitboxes, run up and shield.

Hyper offense goes along with predicting your opponent, just as defensive play does. Only difference is the option you choose. Instead of shielding, perhaps throw out an attack. You gotta keep up the pressure though. Always stay close to your opponent, land quickly, go for gimps, etc.

You should try Melee. But yeeeah. I don't think charizard really has the options necessary for an aggro playstyle. He doesn't have good approaches, but you could probably use "defensive threatening." Defensive threatening is where you play just out of your opponents range, making your movement ambiguous, and then basically whiff punish. Probably the opposite of what you were going for though.

All in all, playing an offense heavy top tier might be a good idea for you. Even if you still main charizard, having the experience of a top tier can put Charizard's aggression into perspective and allow you to fully use it. Doubt you even read this far though, Sm4shers usually tune out after the word "Melee."

If you can think of a foolproof strategy, you've just broke the game.
