Hydrant going through stage glitch on Pac-Maze omega stage

Any special thoughts on this glitch? I'm waiting for the Wii U version to try and figure out how to do it.

This glitch was previously discovered in the Advanced Tech thread. Just did not happen to be in the OP. It not only goes through the stage, but through platforms as well, it is a very effective tech. It does also work in the Wii U version.

It went through the omega variant of Luigi's Mansion just last night for me during a wifi match
