Hw do I make custom icons?

lol you mean the csps? theres a tutorial here somewhere. you just gotta look. not that hard

I actually don't want to MAKE the icons, just use them. I can't find a tutorial anywhere. Can someone please tell me how to use these and tell where I can download csp files?

well there are literally TONS out there. you can download them from big site like kitty corp and stack smash and even here. lol you seriously cant find a tutorial?
