hps insert link broken!

Welp, I'm new to this whole Melee hacking thing, and with Mega upload shut down I can't get hps_insert.exe can someone direct me to a link where I can download it?

This is the link to GodFed's source code, you can compile it yourself but if you feel like being dangerous and trusting some random stranger over the internet linking you to an exe file that may give you occasional Adult pop-ups, here is the link:
