How would I make a one slot SFX mod?

I have a Lucina costume for Marth, but only for one slot, and I would like that slot to have Lucina's SFX. What do I do?

You'd need to modify marth's moveset data in PSA or the likes and tell it to read certain sfx voice clips located in his sawnd for every action.
You'd also have to add lucina's voice clips to Marth's soundbank, but it's pretty packed as it is because Roy's clips are in there as well, most likely occupying any space the lucina voice clips could have went.
