How would I go about making these changes to Sheik?

So, I downloaded only the Sheik and Zelda PSAs from this mod here: http://smashboards.com/threads/proj...od-updated-20-8-2015-pm3-6-compatible.373116/ and I would like to give Sheik her old dthrow from Melee, along with increasing stun on her new down b.
