How to use cBliss on PM3.5???

Ive seen mewtwo2000 show off his cbliss tool but even when watching the video i still dont understand what to do, if anyone can show me maybe with pictures or video step by step much would be appreciated.

As of right now the current version of the cbliss tool isn't really compatible with 3.5. Though the tool is being updated to be compatible with 3.5 by mewtwo2000 and according to his post on his fb page, he's found away to make everyone have up to 14 textures. It's just a waiting game for now.
