So I didn't see this thread on the first few pages (even though I assume it has been made I couldn't find it)
I've started playing in Januari and last Friday I decided maining fox seemed the most fun. What should I practice and what should I prioritize?

Grind your tech skill for hours a day until it's muscle memory and you do it near perfectly. From there, practice timing on certain staple combos like up throw up air. Learn all of your kill moves and for what situations/percents they're appropriate. Study fox videos to learn different aspects of how to improve your game. Leffen has a great neutral game, sfat makes great decisions in his move selection when he's comboing, silent wolf has pristine tech skill, and mango's fox is just a little bit insane. Also, read fox guides.

Learn tech skill, yes. But you will improve a lot if you just play with people who know what they're doing. You'll learn a lot of abstract stuff subconsciously this way, and if you need them to, those players can give you pointers.

Waveshines, SHFFLs, and just general dash dance and wavedash movement. Get comfortable l-cancelling on different platform heights and terrains too.

SH double laser isn't that important. Laser tech is generally not useful. SHFFL'd aerial -> shine should become second nature. Practice that timing over and over; practice it when it hits an opponent and when it hits a shield too.

Any place I can find the timing for shfl shine? It seems to not go as smooth.

Pay attention carefully to WAK's videos on SHFFL'ing. Make sure that you input the l-cancel early enough (about 1/4 of a second before you hit the ground). And know that you still have to deal with landing lag (7 frames for Fox's neutral air, 9 frames for his uair, etc.).

Let me know if you still are having trouble after trying that.
