How to rotate stages textures?

I went to a tourney and saw different stage textures in play for that same stage.

I really want to know how to do this!

To use custom textures you need to use riivolution or gecko on brawl. To make custom ones I would reccomend downloading brawlbox or brawlscape. Brawlscape is a great only texture editor while brawlbox has many other uses. Then in the programs you can get the textures from the maps and edit them yourself in paint or something. Also you can edit character textures as well and even items.
