I found cool ssb64 modles but they are .exe not psc or what ever the brawl costume manager usessi how do I use them

how to put in .exe models in the game

where did you obtain these files? Because brawlvault has smash 64 character models.
And if you did obtain them from brawlvault, are you sure you downloaded them correctly / you're supposed to run said .exe to extract the files?

1. Yes I got theme through brawl vault 2.I downloaded them correctly 3.oh I did not know I can extract them I'm not on my computer right now but link to software that can extract .exe files?

Could you link me to the file(s) you downloaded? If anything, it's probably an .rar file, of which you'd need an archive software such as winrar or 7zip to extract.
