How to Play this Game Online?

Hey guys, So I found a USB N64 controller online, and I'm wondering if there's a good way for me to hook it up and play some N64 Smash online?

Basically:

Download PJ64k, download a rom, find The Galaxy (it's a server) calibrate your controller, play smash.
