How to play online PM 3.5 on Hackless Wii?

Is there a way that I can play Project M 3.5 online on a Hackless Wii? I've heard of alternate servers that people use and that PM 3.5 comes with Wiimmfi (I have no idea what this is), but I don't know how to apply any of this by myself. Could someone link me to a guide or help me out?

My 3.5 is the stock version, loaded from the stage manager from my original Brawl disc, in tandem with a 2GB SD card.

Literally just load up the game and go to Wi-Fi mode (assuming you manage to get around the DSI exception error that's been doing the rounds lately). You'll need to have people's friend codes to play with them though, since "with anyone" doesn't work for PM.
