How to make custom portraits?

However I was wanting to keep things looking professional on the select screen, and at the moment the portraits don't match up with new costumes. Does anyone know how I can make my own portrait with this model?

I presume you mean Melee Intro Wolf? At first, I was thinking Photoshop or some kind of recoloring, but since it uses Falco's jacket, you're probably going to have to render it.
