How to make certain stages banned/unselectable in brawlbox

Hello, I'm running a tournament here at my university and I want to know how I can edit the Project M stage select to disable certain stages like how they did in apex. And also how do I edit the stage portraits so they have the words starter, or counter pick on them

NVM, I found the apex common5 and i'm modifying for my own needs. Thanks for the help everyone
