How to make certain stages banned/ unselectable in brawlbox

Hello, I'm running a tournament here at my university and I want to know how I can edit the Project M stage select to disable certain stages like how they did in apex. And also how do I edit the stage portraits so they have the words starter, or counter pick on them

Pretty sure those stages can still be selected, the images are just edited to say "BANNED".
You can use Photoshop. Just Export the images in BrawlBox, edit them, and put them back in, or we might have a premade SSS here. I don't know.
Also, I'm pretty sure this is supposed to be in the help forum.
