How to Make Brawl Movesets Project M compatible?

How would you go about making a Brawl PSA (in this case Crony's Dark Samus PSA) fit with the rest of the Project M combatants? I'm mainly talking about giving her a PM-like falling speed and the Melee air dodge. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
