How to Install Brawl Ex Pack

Hey guys I really want to install the pack below on my wii, but I don't know how to. I'd rather do it hackless, but if thats not possible I might install the homebrew channel. Thanks for the help!

As this is not a P:M related hack, nor ProjectEX, I'd recommend asking in the Brawl section.
I'm positive though you'd essentially just throw the files on the SD card and boot up Gecko or something though to get it to work, but yeah.

Oh sorry I'm kinda new around here lol. I don't have Gecko, but it looks fairly simple to install so maybe ill do that
