So, I've been trying my hand at some voice acting. It's a passion of mine. I've always wanted to hear my voice announce the characters in Project M. I have all the clips recorded. I just don't know how to put them in. I've looked literally everywhere I could and I got this Brawl tutorial with the character ID's n whatnot, but what about the characters added to PM? Aren't the ID's switched around now?

Is there any tutorial someone could tell/link me? Thank you for your help.

If anyone is interested, I will post a link to my announcer calls once I figure this out.

Do you have Super Sawndz downloaded?

Group ID 220, Collection ID 418
Announcer Menu Voice
Group ID 221 Announcer Voice Clips (some of which are played during matches)
Group ID 223 Character Voice Calls

Mewtwo's sounds replace the ones used by Galleom (323), and Roy's sounds replace the ones used by Duon (Group ID 325).
I have sawndz012. How do I use the program? Can you guide me step by step?

Go to THIS thread to download Super SAWNDZ, and you'll need a copy of smashbros_sound.bsrar to edit. Once you've opened your smashbros_sound.bsrar, you'll insert your own .wav clips (which must be shorter or as long as the original clips, follow the guidelines in InternetExplorer's thread that I've linked) following the directions in the thread that I've linked. Let me know if you have any issues.

I'm sure that I've been able to replace some Luigi voice clips with ones that are longer than them, so that should no longer be a restriction like it was before. Unless my mind is playing tricks on me...

It's very much possible to use longer clips. Longer clips just mean you'll hit the filesize limit faster.
The whole "keep it the same / shorter" is more of a principle than constriction.
