I found extremely usefull new Falco tech! (I'm not really sure if it's new but it's very odd so who knows)

The Hypnotoad (Explaination and how to use it.)

How to do it:
The Hypnotoad is a medium/hard technique to learn. It goes as follows: 1) As Falco, get on the ledge.
2) Drop off of the ledge, it's probably easier if you if you press back instead of fastfalling.
3) Shine and change Falco's direction while in the shine (VERY quickly)
4) Quickly jump out of the shine while your DI is...

This is by no means new. You don't even have to shine turnaround, you can just ledge hop and hold back and ledge cancel phantasm.

This is completely punishable. As falco its never advisable to run off stage for no reason, unless you going to turn around and laser your opponent. Sheik's needles in particular would disrupt this. And same as what Y-L said, the shine is pointless.
