How to have multiple mods that edit RSBE01.gct

I've been trying to install both the Waluigi mod and the Project Ganondorf one, but they both edit RSBE01.gtc and I want to use both at the same time, is there a fix for this?

I would recommend getting a program called "Code Manager" (https://www.dropbox.com/sh/yzhr8jcvc3g3lep/AABA7k6OPeuPKJMObjc-Q1-ga/CodeManager [PC].rar?dl=0) With this program, you can edit your GCT and then add the codes needed for you character mods.
