How to grab ledge with sheik?

Hi.
So I have seen some videos of people short hop, turn around in air with needles then grab ledge.
I can turn around in air but I don't grab ledge?
uh, help?

To turn around you tap the opposite way your char is facing, then press B.
Then cancel the needle charge by pressing R/L/Z.
lf you're not too low or away from the edge nor holding the sticks down nor away the edge, you will grab it.

I was always tapping needles but when you told me how to cancel them I realised I was doing it wrong
