How to get Sponsors? Any TO who can help?

Hello community, today I'm asking you for ideas on how to get sponsors.

I have been hosting a small weekly tournament here in Monterrey,Mexico called "LSA Weekly". We have been around for 2 months now and we really got good players that compete on our little tournaments (Javi,Aza,Valdo, .jpg) for naming some of them.

We have a venue fee of 20 pesos ( +/- 1.34 dollars), But we don't really make enough to buy some of the things needed to grow as a Tournament (more capture cards, chairs, more TV's, better cameras).

So the only viable option that I can imagine is getting sponsors but I don't have any idea on where to search or how to approach them. Any guidance on how to get them?

If you've thought about getting a sponsor for a youtube channel, that can't happen as much anymore due to youtube's new policy. If they don't get any revenue from the sponsor too, they won't allow it. Also, according to 1 youtuber, Drift0r, youtubers don't really start getting sponsorship offers until they reach 100,000 subscribers

"More" capture cards? I don't think having more than 1 recording/streaming setup helps much unless you're recording/streaming more than 1 game

Youtube is all I know. Idk how to TO well

Maybe I didn't explain myself right, I don't want to be sponsored as a player like C9 sponsors Mango, or more recently TSM sponsors Leffen. I want to get Sponsors for the venue, i want the venue and the community to grow.

Find local or small businesses near your area. Try and work out ideas to get their advertisements at your venue

Where in MX are you? I'm the TO in Chihuahua and well, the best thing I've gotten is for a sponsor to let us use their venue for free and let us borrow set ups, but not actually giving us money. Capture cards and so on have had to be bought with ut of pocket money, but it's a good investment, I think, in the longrun.
