How to get People Hyped for Grand Finals as a TO?

I am a TO who runs a tournament every few months at my school. We get about 15-20 people at these tournaments and they run well, but there is always one main problem.

When ever it is time for Grand Finals, no one cares to watch it. I announce that they are starting to everyone, but people just play friendlies, and no one pays attention. Some sets get really good, but there is no hype because no one watches. Some people even leave early once they get eliminated and don't care about watching good sets. It really frustrates me that everyone just ignores the Grand Finals and no one cares as much as I do.

Does anyone have any advice for me to get people hyped? I would really like to know what I can do to get people to watch the Grand Finals.

I had this problem too, and I was gonna try running a raffle that was based on the outcome of the finals. Basically $1 (or some other negligible amount of money) and you put your ticket into one of two hats. Whoever wins gets to pick names out of the hat of people who picked them. Winner gets the money. Give it a shot, it certainly adds its own amount of hype and gives people a reason to watch.
