I heard you need a homebrew due there only being a NSTC version, is it even possible to get homebrew for the Wii U's Wii menu?

How to get on PAL Wii U?

You will have to boot it from the wii menu using smashstack or some other game related boot exploit. Make sure to put the sd card that has the homebrew data on it after you go to the wii menu on the wii u. (the wii u is known for deleting homebrew data on an sd card when on the wii u menu)
