Hello everyone. I've been in italy the past couple months for school and I brought my gamecube with me. Now I have finally been able to get a crt off of ebay here, however it is Italian. I'm not sure what I need to get the gamecube to work. I believe I need a transformer however I'm not sure what else. I am at a loss of what to do and I can't seem to find any other sources that say what I need to do exactly. If you could offer any ideas or know what to do please let me know.

Europe CRTs usually support NTSC video over composite. (All of those I have do, which are Daewoo, Sony, Toshiba and Panasonic brand.)

For the power supply, I think the easiest solution will be to buy a European GC power supply. Gamecube power inputs are the same DC levels for PAL and NTSC, so you can use a PAL power supply on your NTSC Gamecube. Should be no more than 15€.

(Power transformators are heavy, expensive and often don’t last long.)

I could also sell you a PAL Gamecube for 15€ and each of the cables for 5€ per cable. I buy them off of the Austrian equivalent of craigslist whenever I see cheap ones.
The shipping would be about 15€.
