It's a model for Scourge over Sonic, but it seems to crash whenever I start a match with it in Project M. I have no clue of who to contact about it, or how to fix it myself, so I'm posting here to ask for assistance.

Does anyone know what's wrong, or could you possibly fix it? It's basically the last skin that I'm adding to my mods.

i had that skin in my build for awhile and it always worked fine. have you tried using another texture in that slot? it might have to do with portraits being wrong

I've replaced the image files and checked multiple times, and they're all the correct size and format. It crashes the moment I select a map, instead of when the character icon shows at the beginning, so I also think that it's the model.

Could you upload the files that you have of it?

Your model seems to cause the game to crash for me too. It has to be something else.

EDIT: I've just replaced the model with a Shadow model, and the game didn't crash, so this leads me to believe that it was in fact the model. Maybe the model isn't rigged for some of the new Sonic animations for Project M 3.0? If that's the case, then that's disappointing because this Scourge model seems to be the only one that's actually accurate/really good looking.

sometimes if there's an issue that you can't find, reformatting your sd card sometimes works. backup your build on your desktop first.
but if that doesn't work, what stage were you trying it on? and have you messed with any of the music titles or the fitsonicpac?

It was literally any stage that I picked as long as it was with him chosen.

I replaced his model with a themed recolor for him and it worked. I'll try your first suggestion.

EDIT: Okay, so it turns out that the issue was the FitSonicMotion.pac

It was making the game crash when I selected him. I think whatever custom build I modded from used custom FitSonic and FitSonicMotion files, it was kind of noticeable because Sonic didn't say anything when he did his "you're too slow" taunt. I guess I should have tried replacing those files with the defaults from the beginning.

Thanks for the help guys.
