How to fix DS's?

I've been going on kaillera for about 3 years, and I'v never had this many DS's -_-

On server and p2p

What should I do to minimize all the desynching?

More info, what is your delay, what's the FPS in the match [does it dip to 55FPS a lot, for example]? Or your internet having a bad day? Close internet sucking programs.

One example of a match I played about an hour ago (that DS'd)

Delay: 3 frames
FPS: 60 pretty much all the way through sometimes down to 55
Internet: It happened for a few days right before I quit smash 64 in March. And it's still happening so no.

I usually play with every program off. Sometimes I'm on AIM when I play though (like this last match I was on AIM)

It's probably the server. EGX has gotten really bad in terms of lag recently.

It was happening on p2p as well.

But I just played someone like 7 games and didn't desynch once.

Guess it was certain players with crap connections, or certain players who couldn't be arsed to close up their IM apps or whatever other internet-hogging stuff they might keep open.
