One way I can think of is to temporarily replace a model inside a .PAC file with the .dae using BrawlBox. From there you can just export the replaced model as a .mdl0.
Why do you want to convert the .dae to a .mdl0?
It's not a character model. It's a stage model.I think you have to rig the model before you can even port it onto a character
